The business traded in Ulu Tiram for years before it became a hardware shop. It was incorporated as Sze Leong Hardware & Trading Sdn Bhd on 11 May 2010 (Reg. No. 900592-H), and that is when the counter, the shelves of fast-moving stock and the materials yard took the shape they have today.公司在成为五金店之前，已在乌鲁地南从事贸易多年。2010 年 5 月 11 日以 Sze Leong Hardware & Trading Sdn Bhd 之名注册（编号 900592-H），柜台、快消货架与货场也自此成形，延续至今。
Repeat trade buyers changed what we stock. Contractors do not buy one item — they buy a stage of work. So the range widened from hardware and paint into cement, steel bar, piping, timber and formwork, electrical accessories and site consumables, and the yard grew to hold the volume those orders need.是回头的工程客户改变了我们的备货逻辑。承包商买的不是单一物料，而是一整个施工阶段。于是产品线从五金与油漆，扩展到水泥、钢筋、水管、木材模板、电器配件与工地耗材，货场也随之扩大，以容纳这些订单的货量。
Today the business serves buyers around Johor Bahru, Ulu Tiram, Pasir Gudang, Masai and Kulai. It is owned and run by Nyon Sze Leong — the company carries his own name, which is also why a complaint about a short load lands on the owner's desk rather than in a queue. Cement, sand, aggregate, BRC, drains, pipes, screws and discs are the items that stop a crew when they run out.
